2. What is a Protective Distribution System (PDS)?
A PDS is the system of carriers that are used to distribute and protect unencrypted National Security Information between two or more areas of lesser control. Secret Internet Protocol Router Networks (SIPRNet) and other classified networks are used by the Department of Defense to transmit classified information.
3. What is Holocom® PDS?
Holocom PDS is a complete suite of products from the C-LAN point of presence to the end user. Modular raceway constructed of aluminum or steel and high-security enclosures interconnect to protect classified and non-classified network information. Holocom PDS meets government regulation NSTISSI 7003 and offers users ease in modifying the system to accommodate new or fewer individual user drops, and location changes.

Holocom Technical Services provides training, installation and quality assurance to partners, installers and customers in the U.S. defense, intelligence and homeland security communities. Holocom engineers teach design, cost estimation, installation and modification of PDS solutions. Installation services provide site survey, engineering, design and on-site support and program management. Quality Assurance ensures customer satisfaction and ongoing compliance with PDS regulations through quality inspections and regular audits.

Current customers include a global list of Department of Defense facilities and military units.
