Secure Wall Mount Enclosure – 4U Depth (04U)

The lockable “04U” enclosure mounts on a wall and serves as a mini-telecommunications room. It includes two (2) patch panel brackets (moveable mounting plates allow easier access behind panel) and one (1) equipment bracket that can accommodate up to 4U of active electronics. The 04U can be used for termination and distribution/ routing of high-security communications systems in a classified environment and is an excellent substitute for traditional 19" racks. It is designed to house telecom equipment and prevent unauthorized access.

Exterior Building Communications Enclosure

The Exterior Building Communications Enclosure (EXT1) provides an interface between mobile military communications platforms and building voice/data networks. This vehicle-to-building interface improves communications efficiency by allowing real-time communications to feed into a building’s office, conference room, VTC room, or operations center from a tactical communications platform parked outside the building. The EXT1 accepts cables through four (4) slots at the bottom of the enclosure. An interior door covers the cable connections and provides an aesthetic appearance when the exterior door is open. Secure exterior door closes with cam, control rods, and an exterior-rated handle provides environmental protection to the cable interface.
